In August 2022, we terminated our services with Schindler. However, they continued to deduct debit orders from our account. It took nine months of following up before they finally ceased the unauthorized deductions. Since May 2023, we have been requesting a refund of the wrongfully deducted funds. Each time we inquire about the status of our refund, we are told that it is awaiting approval for release. Despite assurances of a refund, we have yet to receive the promised reimbur*****t.

Things go wrong ..It's life but the reaction or support that Schindler provides when u stucked with no air with kids,absolutely pathetic .. 20 min later stucked in a lift, I guess the tech is still on a plane

Got stucked in a lft at melrose arch at african prixe hotel ..called the helplone numerous times and the guy kept dropping the phone stating that we are negative after 15min of being stucked with children screaming and no assistance at all ..He was outright rude and didint give a damn at all ... No follow up calls we constantly had to call back... please ensure that pepple who responds to these calls are people who a actually want work and understands the life threatnong situation being stuck in the lift can be
