Lying Lawnstar

I bought a Petrol pole chainsaw on Takealot from Lawnstar. Advertised as 4m Reach, boldy on the front of the box. Its actually 2.8m. When I phoned them to query, they tried to tell me the 4m includes your height, well Im not 1.2m, so they could be advertising 5m. Absoutely false advertising, when I tell the guy they should take it off the box and be honest with customers, all he can answer is yes sir. I cant believe a company such as Einell would partner with these thieving liers. Absolutely shocker, they know exactly what they doing and they are in the business of tricking customers.
