I recently come across this company intending to followup on an order delivery tracking for a friend who is been away asking me to trace the order to ensure not missing the due delivery of the parcel expected to be sent by Henroc Tecnologies . The experience has been amazingly hellish with extreme disappointment of their total disregards to the basic needs of their clients in process of service . They have a website with clear details of their contacts being email address phone and what's app link numbers to link up when needed but!! A Big But. Absolute no response what so ever to their clients begging emails , whatsapp and SMS messages repeated attempt to contact via indicated phone numbers on the websites and so on just to establish if the confirmed and paid order is being processed snd that tracking details as to the day and approximate delivery timing of the parcel to insure being available at the reciev8ng address for collection . Without going intobsny further detail my vote of service to this company is minus 100 . The lowest of the low I've ever experienced. I suggest the name of the company should change to ""Hellroc tech" .instead of Henroc tech.. it would be more suitable to what the company is to their clients I assume. I hope to God I never get into any situation in having to use any products from this company.
