I had a terrible experience when I came across a woman called Mrs. Molapo who claimed to own the department. I arrived at the municipality to change ownership of my vehicle around 05:45. The department is scheduled to open at 07:30 buy the only employee who was there was the cleaner only. As we waited Mrs Molapo walked in at 08:25. She dissapeared in the offices and then came out at 09:05 to call us in but people started rushing in and I found myself having to fight for my position but some of the people argued that they were before me that's when I called the security guard who then confirmed I was first but she would not have it and was very rude to me. She knew some of the people on the que and she moved them to the front of the que and threatened to call security to take me out of the building if I continued to speak out for myself. I found myself from being number 1 to number 9 because she said the decions made in the department are hers. This behaviour increased my waiting time by 3hrs. Mrs. Molapo needs to be delt with properly because as tax payers we need to be treated like adults and not 5year olds in these government institutions. Traffic Department Employees in Townships are very rude and must go through customer service training before the deal with people
