Poor Structure
Since rejoining Kawena Distributors Pty, I've realized the company has reached a stagnant point, with no room for growth or development. The daily decline is evident in poor management, lack of innovation, and limited resources. I'm relieved to be immigrating soon to pursue better opportunities.
