Bad customer service and poor workmanship

After my wife’s car went in for a service in their workshop,I started noticing oil stains on my garage floor where the car parks,at first,I thought it was the brake fluid that was flushed out but when I looked under the car, I saw oil dripping out from the oil plug,went back to the workshop and I was told that because I took too long to bring the car back in,I’m liable for the cost of tightening a bolt that they didn’t tighten properly,I’m very disappointed in how they responded and regret convincing my wife to take the car to them.
