Refusing a refund

Do not support this brand. The worst store with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a screen protector two weeks ago and it is peeling off and loosing its matte finish. Upon going to the store I was told I am not able to get a refund - bearing in mind there is no refund or returns policy present in the store. The boss told me this is general wear and tear and that two weeks is a long time… ****mers.
