We rented a property of one of thier Clients for 4 years not missing one months rent or any of the electricity bills during this time ,when we finally decided to move ,we were forced to give two months notice although the contract with them expired and this allowed us to give 30 days notice,we decided that we will still vacate ,but payed the rent in full and a extra month even though we did not live at the property anymore, they then decided that we had to pay them electricity ,yet the electricity was switched off ,and now trying to add interest on a outstanding bill ,that is actually nul and void as thier was no tenants in the property for more than a month and a half ,these people and thier customers are ********s ,we will definately have them reported to the RHT as we initially wanted to. Avoid renting any properties from this specific people.
We own a small business and decided to register on Uber Eats ,we have been on the platform for almost two months now and not received any payment from them ,contacting them has no results and our business has now been seriously been put in jeopardy due to thier lack of professionalism and addressing the issue of the delayed pay out. They keep saying it will be sorted bit it has now been dragged out over a period of three months. I would strongly recomemd any small to medium businesses to avoid using Uber Eats as a delivery service.
