If there waz a 0 zero star I would give it to this company, you do not even deserve 1 star. You are very good at deleting our negative reviews yet you are failing when it comes to your services. I see I am not the only person who has been disappointed by you, same story of truck breaking down on delivery day. I am still saying you're a disappointment of a company and should be ashamed of yourselves for what you are doing to us as customers who came seeking for help, yet you are adding yo our frustrations. Delete this review this again but you better ensure you pay my full refund of R4000 as agreed. I have sent you cancelation refund form yet you have not paid my R4000. You are now not picking up calls nor replying to whatsapp you since Monday 4th when i sent you the email.
Hello After the disappointment of telling me about the truck broke down on day of delivery, I tried communicating with you until you sent me the cancelation refund form which i submitted on Monday 4th November, I am still waiting for my full refund even now. This is very frustrating and you are very unprofessional . Please return my money😡
I am very disappointed im this company, frustrated at the same. Last week payment was made to this company after they sent quote for moving furniture from Uitenhage to East London Eastern Cape. The scheduled date was Saturday 2nd November, 3pm was suppose to ne their arrival time. Few minutes before arriving they sent a text sayinh truck broke down in Jefferys and we will have yo reschedule ofwhich i find disrespectful too because we had been waiting the whole for them and they were not picking up calls. Now we just want our refund because the house has already been broken to because of their delays. I am even starting to think this company is a ****, the perdon I was commute with is Ingrid, the sales manager as she said. I have sent an email requesting for full refund and waiting is not an option.
