Should have read all these reviews before I used them. After 3 months no furniture or money. Will make a case at the police next........will probably not help but will make me feel better about being ****med.

I paid this company in full to move my furniture from Roodepoort to Phalaborwa with a shareload. They did not arrive on schedule and did not bother to communicate, did not answer the phone or WhatsApp's messages. Kept on making false promises and did not show up once again. I have got proof of misses calls (while it shows they are online) and unanswered WhatsApp's. I received a message from them that I have to send a email to cancel. I did, they responded per email stating I have to sign the attached cancelation form. I did and mailed and WhatsApp it to them on 4 November. I made numerous calls and WhatsApp's to them which they never answered. Eventually I received a WhatsApp stating they will refund my money 30 days after receiving my cancelation. So the refund should be on 4 December 2024. I never received the money and after several unanswered calls and WhatsApp's, they blocked me. I opened a ***** Case at the police station and Standard Bank. I have proof of everything said above. I had huge losses/costs because of Movebuddy. I had to pay for storage in Roodepoort and transport to the storage. The flat in Phalaborwa's rent and deposit is paid. I haven't got any money left to move my furniture now. I am a SASSA pensioner and it is a shame ****** like this is allowed to operate.

Beware of Move Buddy – Dishonest and Unreliable Service
Their lack of communication and service is appalling. We booked your company to move our furniture from Pretoria to Cape Town on 2 November 2024 at 09:00. Three hours after the scheduled time, we were informed that the truck had mechanical issues. Despite your assurance that we would receive a full refund if we chose to cancel, no action has been taken. We sent the cancellation notice as instructed and requested our refund of R9,000. Since then, the only response has been that a cancellation form would be emailed—nothing more. This is nothing short of theft. You have taken our money and delivered absolutely no service. It is clear from numerous accounts online that this is a repeated pattern by your company. This is despicable. Not only will I ensure complaints are made on every platform possible, but I will also escalate this legally if the full refund is not processed immediately. Your company has proven to be dishonest and *********. If there is any integrity left, you will rectify this situation without delay. One star is not worth giving this company. RATED ZERO STARS.

Ingrid Fouche - unfortunately you are not reliable and definitely NOT a asset to the company. You do not return my calls. Very unprofessional. After reading all the bad reviews, I cancelled your service and waiting for my refund.

If there waz a 0 zero star I would give it to this company, you do not even deserve 1 star. You are very good at deleting our negative reviews yet you are failing when it comes to your services. I see I am not the only person who has been disappointed by you, same story of truck breaking down on delivery day. I am still saying you're a disappointment of a company and should be ashamed of yourselves for what you are doing to us as customers who came seeking for help, yet you are adding yo our frustrations. Delete this review this again but you better ensure you pay my full refund of R4000 as agreed. I have sent you cancelation refund form yet you have not paid my R4000. You are now not picking up calls nor replying to whatsapp you since Monday 4th when i sent you the email.
