Last week I purchased 2 pairs of shoes in sizes 9 &10 as most sizes vary by brand. Unfortunately, neither pair fits, and now I can’t return them. I was later told that hidden somewhere in the Terms and Conditions is a clause that states all clearance items are non-returnable. If this had been more clearly stated and visible for all to see, many people, including myself, wouldn’t have been caught off guard. I’m very disappointed and frustrated that I’ve wasted money on items I can’t return. This will definitely be my last purchase at Zando. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had issues with Zando. Previously, I ordered an item that was supposedly in stock, only to be informed after payment that it wasn’t available. I was then forced to accept a voucher instead of a refund to my bank account. This was due to Zando’s poor inventory management, not my mistake. I decided to give Zando another chance, but this is the final straw. I’m done with Zando! The company can learn a lot from their competitors like Superbalist and Takealot, who not only offer quick refunds but also handle returns efficiently. The customers are not forced to drop their returns as it is no longer collected from their homes and they have an option to select which option of refund that they prefer. Please stay away from Zando and rather opt for Superbalist or Takealot. More than half the time, their prices are better and there are no hidden agendas to catch the customers.
