Mattress and Couch Boksburg

I recently purchased a wardrobe from Mattress and Couch in Boksburg. While the salesman was friendly and helpful during the purchase process, the delivery and after-sales service has been a nightmare. I paid for the wardrobe installation, and after spending 4 hours at my house, the installation team left. However, the wardrobe drawers can't open properly because the doors are in the way, and to make things worse, the doors were installed *****ed, and skew, that is why the drawers can't open. I contacted the salesman immediately, shared photos, and was promised that they would look into it. However, despite following up multiple times, I haven't received any response or resolution. I’m disappointed by this poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
