No support. No spares.
Pathetic after sales service. I bought 5 Hikvision Ax pro outdoor pir sensors and spent about 60k on the alarm system only to see all pir l3nses crumble after few months. I tried to get replacements from the supplier. The supplier referred me to Hikvision headquarters. It is now the 200th email I've sent and 300th call. Hikvision is not recommended. Rather buy Ajax alarm system.0 replies
