Rain? More like tears of frustration.
Truly awful experience with Rain. Impossible to get hold of when there are any issues. And when trying to cancel my contract ran into Kafkaesque bureaucracy. Also, once they have your information, including payment details, there is no way to remove them, which must be contravening some laws... Highly do not recommend.

Update: definite *****
After receiving payment they did send etickets, however when I checked with the airline these were did not exist. I also contacted the hotel where I was supposed to be staying directly and they had no record of my booking. Since then all communication from the company has ended. I would strongly recommend no one books with them. I am opening a case with the police.

I booked a trip with them but have not received any proof of the booking - flights or hotel accommodation. When I contacted the hotel directly where I am supposed to be booked, they had no record of my booking. Very concerned this company is *****ulent.
