Leaving South Africa to Luanda, plane was scheduled for 16:40, a day before departure times were changed to 17:40. Times were changed again to 16:40 but no notification was sent on these changes. I got to the check in point where I was met by an extremely rude TAAG employee because I was delaying them to close the gate! You are offering a service and customer relationship management should be part of this, no? I was stunned by this customer service. Coming back to SA, I had 2 bags, 1 had 3kgs excess and the other had 4kgs excess. They calculated and put on one receipt, 1 was asked to pay Kz52000, almost a R1000 for the 7kg, after paying, I was then told oh it’s for 1 bag, 3-10 kg is Kz52000. Like wow! Couldn’t that have been communicated before I paid so that I can leave some things? They didn’t seem to care, which made me to have a very bad experience with TAAG staff. Disappointed considering it was my first time in Angola and to use TAAG Airlines
Bought an IPhone 15 Pro Max Cresta Istore, within a week it started overheating. I took it back and it was replaced, however, they removed my screen protector. When device was returned, the month old screen protector was removed and they did not replace it. Upon request, Maxoxo the store manager was very unhelpful and said if I feel I am not getting any help, I can feel free to email the customer service !!!! I am buffled to say the least!
