Woolworths Pet Insure. Would not recommend this Pet Insurance at all. The Administration is shocking and the app to submit to the claims in shocking and to get hold of anyone to query claims in a nightmare. Eventually I cancelled my policy due to the extremely poor service, claims being rejected, resubmitted and being inundated with messages saying rejected, then processed and then rejected so that you eventually have no idea what is going on. When you phone, they also are unable to explain what is happening. After cancelling my policy over the phone, then sending a confirmation email which was acknowledged - my policy was not cancelled and my bank account was debited after policy had been cancelled. When i called to query, they advised I had not cancelled my policy and they could find no record of my email and suggested I send proof! They did eventually find the cancellation and agreed to refund me but refused to pay interest.
