Hi there, i just wanted to express my gratitude to you guys for an amazing family day we had at the zoo today. The facilities was clean the park neat animals fed and healthy. This was the first family outing were able to have since lock down 2020 and it was really great. Please relay my message to all of the staff from security at the parking to reception and restaurant staff we will most definitely come back in the future it was a really special day for us thank you guys
Following previous posts Banele ( the defy technicians) came out not only to listen to what my complaint was but he skillfully replicated the conditions and repaired the fridge. He really kept Defy's name high with real professional service 10/10 for him
Following my previous post. Defy acted swiftly to log a call with a technician, however the technician just stood next to the fridge and said it is not doing the problem at the moment so it is fine and he closed the ticket. I once again was woken up to the sound of a brand new fridge sounding like it is running on a diesel engine. But since this is "normal" i guess my complaint is misseplaced. At least according the the technician for that matter ...
We had a fridge replaced, after a month of replacement the new fridge started giving a error as well as sounding like a generator running. The technician came out and told me that everything is fine and left without even properly looking at what the problem might be. With little to no information provided the ticket was closed and stated as complete. However the error is now more frequent than before and the noise is louder
