Hi First of all happy new year This is my 10th review on this matter and haven't received any feedback Davel mine and Umsimbithi mine Wonderfontein Glencor mine We have done work for them and haven't been paid to date At present the contractor that we used are running at Davel Mine and they get payment after service rendered Way wasn't we as MMBG HOLDINGS paid with the same contractor in October 2024 Some of the loads was cash loads and still no payment done to us. Please if can get help on this platform The lady at Davel Mine made lots of promises regarding payment I have all the proof. ***** *******ion and bribes are order of the day One of the shareholders are aware of this and his wife is the one making all the promises Ms Jiyane at the weight is in control of the payments Kind Regards

Hallo I wrote 7 reviews regarding Davel Mining Hendrina and Umsimbithi mining Wonderfontein but still no reply I recently received a request from the same manager for more vehicles, and she informed me she is now in charge regarding payment My answer to her do the payment that is outstanding since October 2024 first and if you want vehicles now pay upfront payment No reply from her as yet. Davel and Umsimbithi Glencor mining
Hi Hallo Peter I am very disappointed in this platform as I have no joy or any help from your office This is regarding MMBG HOLDINGS that haven't received any payments from Davel Colliers Hendrina and Umsimbithi mine Wonderfontein part of Glencor We done loads in October 2024 and upto date no payment from both Mines I appeal on hallo peter for help regarding this and suspected *****, bribery and *******ion within this two organizations and management that are aware of this. My business is still on stand still as there is no payment made by this two Mines. Staff can't be paid and diesel with installments can't be paid Please I send messages with communication between me and Mr Jayne where Promise was made for payments How do they treat the next contractors This is bad companies to do business with as they are none payers Please I need help on this regard Be Blessed

This is my third review regarding Umsimbithi mining Clencor and Davel Colliery for none payment, ***** and *******ion and bribes within there organization and financial department Don't do business with them because of none payment for services rendered my company came to a stand still due to none payment. Drivers can't get paid and diesel can't be paid MMBG HOLDINGS CASH FLOW IS OUT DUE TO *******ION ***** AND BRIBES HELLOPETER HELP PLEASE

Good day I wrote a review 2 days ago regarding Umsimbithi Colliery Wonderfontein and Davel Colliery Hendrina They are bad payers and users of contractors to do loads. If it comes to payment for services rendered you struggle to get any payment out of them They are ****mers and bribes and *******ion is within the there financial office The sadness of all top shareholders are aware regarding this. Please contractors don't transport there coal as you are not going to get paid I am from MMBG HOLDINGS and never got paid Always a different story if it comes to payment And the promise from Mrs Jiyane at Davel Colliery are never met. I am still waiting Mrs Jiyane, where is our payment as promised. MMBG HOLDINGS CAME TO A HALT BECAUSE OF THIS. CAN SOMEONE HELP NEED TO PAY STAFF AND DIESEL. NEED MY MONEY AND CONTRACT AS PROMISED

Good Evening I am from MMBG HOLDINGS Middleburg and to bring the following and your attention and to other contractors that is doing business with DAVEL MINING HENDRINA We as MMBG HOLDINGS done 27 loads for Davel Mining collecting coal at Davel and deliver to Woestalleen siding and Umsimbithi/Clencor We started on the 21 October 2024 and upto now never got paid for service rendered There is bribes and ***** with corporations within the finance office A hearing was held two weeks ago regarding this matter and the outcome is unknown The weight bridge Manager Ms Jiyane with her husband that is one of the share holders are aware of this situation of corporation and ***** within there organization. Promise was made for payment, but was never kept We done 10 cash loads the weekend of the 26 and 27 October to Umsimbithi Mine Wonderfontein and still waiting for payment This people are ******* and the manager of Umsimbithi was in the same hearing, still no payment They keep on demanding more loads then they will make payment and if don't do the loads they will stop the payments Our business came to a stand still as our cash flow run out and still no payment is done for service rendered Both Davel Coal and Umsimbithi is filled with corporation and bribes. Think before you go do business with them All I want is the payment for services rendered for MMBG HOLDINGS can operate once again. I got all messages on my phone where Promise was made for payment and Upto now no payments. This is all the message send from this lady at the mine. I have big influence in the financial team Mr Bothma but can you send those 5 trucks now so that we can sort out the payment before end of the day 24 October Mr Bothma they asking for at least 7 loads then they will pay all the 20 loads so can you please send 2 more now as they wanna do the payment today after the recons that i will send to you once the 7 loads is loaded Mr Bothma that's the only way i could push them kind Regards Mrs Jiyane. 24 October Man of God can't you make it 10 then they must also pay you for the 27 loads you done already the person in charge of the payments is very close to me so at least with 10 loads it's going to Make it easier for me to request for 2 payments Mr Bothma since you facing a rough time and you're hospitalize and then i can send both recons to please refer back to me kind Regards Mrs Jiyane 24 October Now we standing at 37 loads You can expect 2 payments this afternoon sir please send the last 2 now because we need their recons for payment and closing of the order Mr Bothma 24 October Still no payment done I want to make sure that by 4pm this afternoon your payment in paid and that you receive the Proof of payment plus Recons 24 October No payment and no Recons received I want to send the recons to the finance office Mr Bothma that's why I'm pushing you 24 October Please send the last one Mr Bothma you will receive your payment today 24 October No payment and no recons send to me Mr Bothma we busy with the 1st recons for 27 loads then this 10 but it's late now so they will proceed with the payment tomorrow morning but i will make sure you get all your recons this afternoon kind Regards Mrs Jiyane Still 24 October Mr Bothma they want to Close the Order now since they will be paying so can you please send 2 more I'm sure by the time they loading your payment will be in process Man of God please the 1st 2 Trucks are loaded already kind Regards Mrs Jiyane 25 October Latest will be 1pm Mr Bothma they busy with your recons now as we speak but it's a guarantee that you getting paid today 25 October They usually pay you and send the Proof of payment together with your recons please let's finish this last 4 loads then it's weekend off for us till Monday but payment wise it's definitely today before end of business Mr Bothma 25 October Good evening Mr Bothma just an update about the payment I'm sure it's paid please keep your eyes on your email address once you receive your Proof of payment together your recons let me know I'm here till 10PM tonight kind Regards Mrs Jiyane 25 October This is Umsimbithi Clencor Mine Hi Mr Bothma can you send 2 last Trucks it's urgent man of God then i asked the Mine manager to do a immediate payment to you they need 2 more loads please refer back to me asap before 6 you money will be in your account 26 October Msimbithi won't delay your payment he just confirmed that they will do an immediate payment after the last 2 loads Mr 26 October No payments was made upto today and still got more proof of promise made for payment Till last week the 18 November and the No payment Morning Mr Bothma I'm busy with both your payments man of in the meantime please send me the 2 Trucks i see one is here already i was talking to Mduduzi few minutes ago kind Regards Mrs Jiyane 31 October Hi Mr Bothma by the way you talking to me now it's not really appreciated as we really tried to assist you and if it wasn't for Mduduzi i was not gonna entertain you man of God, your cash loads will be paid this coming Friday morning and DAVEL COLLARY Will be paying you Thursday evening and you must thank Mduduzi as he really wrote a touching massage which touched all the financial team and Mine managers kind Regards Mrs Jiyane. 12 November Good morning Mr Bothma DAVEL COLLARY MINE will be paying on the 18th of November this coming Monday as we paying you on the 15th Contractors Payroll We are still waiting for our payment This DAVEL MINE IS FULL OF *******ION AND BRIBES AS SOME OF STAKE HOLDERS ARE AWARE OF THIS WHERE DID THE MONEY WHEN TO NOT TO MMBG HOLDINGS THAT PROVIDED THEM A SERVICE BUT NONE PAYMENT PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD KIND REGARDS BE BLESSED
