I made a purchase in February 2024, and my order was confirmed, yet for the past six months, the company has failed to provide me with a refund, offering nothing but excuses. Carethy Ecommerce S.L. has since been liquidated, and the only solution the new management has proposed is to issue points instead of a monetary refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I can only use a maximum of 50% of my total order amount in points. I have repeatedly attempted to access my account to use these points, but I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, their customer support is unresponsive. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Carethy!
