Vander Host - ahead of the game!
Vander Host delivers a prompt, professional and reliable service to its clients. A team of dedicated individuals who know what they are doing, and do it with passion and integrity. In my opinion (and many others I have spoken to) they are streets ahead of their competitors. Service delivery on steroids! Well done Vander Host - keep doing what you are doing.

Customer Service on steroids.
I recently ordered a replacement part for my magnetic cat-flap and was blown away by the incredible service I received from a gent named Nick. Not only did he immediately get in touch with me after I had sent off an email to Pet Plus to confirm the order, but he actually took the time and effort to ensure that I received the part the very next day. He was in constant contact with me regarding the courier service and time of delivery, and showed a genuine desire for me to timeously receive the part I had ordered. Nick displays all the attributes of a professional, passionate and committed staff member and is 100% an asset to Pet Plus. Nick - if you are reading this: thank you! Thank you for restoring my long-since dwindled faith in Customer Service!
