Pleasantly Surprised
Took our dealer's Audi in for its annual service as well as new problem that presented itself while the car was on the our used car lot. I was attended to by courteous staff from the get go . Anita at the service advisor desk was most helpful while booking the vehicle in . I explained to the technician Masilo that there were a number of warning lights on the dash that needed to be attended to. Within day, the faults was diagnosed and the repair quote was sent. He determined that the wiring harness had been chewed through by rats , which would explain why these warning lights had appeared from nowhere. The vehicle was repaired and returned within a week. Overall, I had a great experience and will not hesitate to recommend them for the care of your precious Audi.

Great service from Autotrader Customer Care
Dealing with Robin-Lee Cameron was such a pleasure. My issue was handled very professionally and efficiently and Robin recommended a permanent solution which will avoid issues going forward. Thank you Robin.
