I have a case logged with Pepsi.co on a product I purchased on 24th September 2025 that was contaminated. I reported the issue on 25th September providing all supporting details (photos, batch number, receipt, and store information). They responded on 29th September with a reference number. After following up on 8th October, I was informed that a voucher had been sent — which I likely deleted while clearing a flood of SMS messages. I shared screenshots to prove this and was told the voucher would be checked for validity. Despite ongoing follow-ups, the matter remained and only got a voucher 24th October when I requested senior-level escalation due to repeated responses and lack of progress. I followed with another mail on the 27th October asking if they are prohibiting me from escalating and they are quite to now. I was instructed to keep the contaminated pack for a potential investigation and immediately provided my address as requested. Since then, I have received no apology whatsoever for the contamination and no update on the investigation’s outcome, despite numerous follow-ups. The ongoing silence, lack of accountability, and utter disregard for a customer is beyond unacceptable. This isn’t a minor inconvenience — it’s a serious food safety concern, and the way it’s being handled is both irresponsible and alarming.
A biker friend referred me to the clinic back in early 2021 when he heard I’m having a battery problem and I’ve been with them since , in his own words “no one does it better”. I’ve replaced batteries and received a free battery due to some fault they missed without any pullbacks. The other day an acquaintance posted his Merc parked at the shop for a new battery and i commented “Those guys service is on a 100” and his comment was “they are very good”. I’ve received a brilliant service from the Westegloor centre honestly, the fact that the guys take time to listen to you when you query or complain and get to assess and attend to your problems without hesitation is a winner. Keep up the good work!
