Their after sales service is shocking. I ordered product on the 6th November 2024, when I hadn't received any notifications or parcel by the 12th November I sent them an email. Didn't get a response until I sent a follow-up email. Response: They are checking with the courier company. They made it out that the courier company had not delivered. But I get an email from the courier company on the 12th saying that my parcel had only been collected on the 12th November. So who is lying to me now? The best of all is that according to the courier company I will only receive my parcel on the 18th November - 12 days after placing my order! The website says that deliver will be made within 3 - 5 working days. Totally unacceptable.
