Order Fulfillment Issues
I really like the products I've tried so far, but the customer service and fulfilment are seriously disappointing. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for face wash, which is hard to justify in 2025. I reached out via email and received a very generic response about being busy, which doesn’t really address the issue. At the moment, delivery is slower than ordering from overseas, and that’s not acceptable for a local brand. If this continues, it’s going to be difficult for them to compete with other brands, no matter how good the products are. Online brands are meant to anticipate seasonal demand and they definitely did nothing about it - just passed the excessive delays onto their customers.

Order Fulfillment Issues

LeLive - Bad Service
Their after sales service is shocking. I ordered product on the 6th November 2024, when I hadn't received any notifications or parcel by the 12th November I sent them an email. Didn't get a response until I sent a follow-up email. Response: They are checking with the courier company. They made it out that the courier company had not delivered. But I get an email from the courier company on the 12th saying that my parcel had only been collected on the 12th November. So who is lying to me now? The best of all is that according to the courier company I will only receive my parcel on the 18th November - 12 days after placing my order! The website says that deliver will be made within 3 - 5 working days. Totally unacceptable.

I am new to the Lelive products but have found each and every item to be of exceptional quality and delivering as promised. I am now on my 4th bottle of oil la la body oil and have discovered my new "signature" perfume. Highly recommend Lelive products.
