I purchased a side by side Goldair fridge for R11 500 online on the 15th of Sept and took the option to collect at my nearest store. They said it would take up to 10 days. By day 14 I started to send e-mails and decided to phone. To make a long story short. Round about on the 12th of Oct I was informed that the fridge is out stock from the supplier. I was informed that a credit note will be issued and the turn around time would be 5 to 7 days needless to say that 9 days has passed again. They have my money since the 17th of September...
[Order #43441] (December 4, 2020) The item a KIC 170 Litre Black Top Freezer Fridge delivery date was 17 December, 2020. On the 17th I received a call from them stating that they were out of stock and the new delivery date will be before Christmas. After two e-mails still no response or fridge.
About a month ago i discovered I do not have Life Cover. I was informed by an Assupol consultant that I was medically declined. However I was never informed or the reason being declined. I did send an complaint on the 9th of November but no answer was received as yet!
