High d.dimer but who cares

At 2am on Saturday I went to the ER with chest pains, cranial pressure, swollen hands and feet and a high d.dimer. I was turned away by the reception staff without seeing a doctor because my MSA was depleted. My medical aid covers 200% hospital and as this was an emergency- couldn’t really plan ahead. It’s really appalling and negligent how they treat people.
