Emotional and financial damage
Absolutely hurt and disappointed by the way I was treated today. Including being shouted at by different workers, trying to have me escorted by the Watercrest mall security and making up lies about me. All because I needed a refund for the battery they sold me less than ten minutes ago at that time, which didn't work. Even adding insults. I'm flabbergasted. I thank God almighty in heaven that I did not retaliate. I just prayed the whole time and called home. I can't believe how absolutely mean and loud they were. I don't even believe this is real 😢.

Ronelle contacted me last week Friday and couldn't get a hold of me
Ronelle contacted me last week Friday and couldn't get a hold of me. She then sent me an email to which I responded. She contacted me again this morning and was quite accommodating and kind. I appreciated her assistance and effort. As well as the previous assistance I received from TRAFFICC. Thank you kindly for your hard work.
