so disappointed
My father's pension money gone, Lewis deducted twice for his debit order payment, when we asked for a refund, they refuse to pay back, like really Lewis is dealing with pensioners mostly, a treatment towards them is so unfair, we will escalate the matter with Consumers rights.

unhappy customer R1840 was deducted from my account after two months of not hearing anything from them, now I have asked for my refund, and I was told to wait 15 days, now 15 days have passed, when I ask for my refund again, I was told there is refund on registration fee, What registration fee, I did not sign any agreement with them regarding registration fee
