This company is terrible. They are *************, dishonest, unprofessional ******. They over charged me for a hairstyle and when I asked for the difference to be reimbursed to me they keep saying “ it will be paid shortly” they have been saying this for a week now. On top of it all the stylist arrived 3hrs late! They are con artists that pay influencers to portray a great and professional front when they in actual fact treat their customers and employees like trash! Stay away from this company, it seems convenient but it ends up costing you as the client way more than you gain!
Checkers Fairlans Walk Dear Manager, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Boere Wors Stand at Checkers Fairland Walk on three separate occasions. My colleagues and I have encountered consistently poor interactions with two employees, Lungile and Kedibone, which is unacceptable and warrants your attention. On our first visit, we experienced rudeness from the staff, who ignored our greetings and inquiries on how to place our orders. We waited for a full hour for our food, and ultimately had to request a refund to return to work without any meal. The second encounter was no better. Once again, we were met with unfriendly and dismissive behavior. When I attempted to place my order, I was ignored as they engaged in conversations with one another or shouted to another colleague across the shop. Most recently, we waited 45 minutes, only to watch other customers who arrived after us get served first. We were offered raw onions and boere wors, and when we voiced our concerns, the employees reacted with passive aggression, further degrading the service we received. The behavior of Lungile and Kedibone has been consistently rude and arrogant throughout these experiences. Their demeanor was so distasteful that I felt concerned for the hygiene and quality of the food being prepared behind the counter. This pattern of service has not only been disappointing but has also left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected as paying customers. I initially hoped these incidents were isolated issues, but it has become clear that this pattern of behavior is the norm and has been tolerated at the expense of customers. Even other customers in line have commented on the poor service we all encountered. I urge you to address this matter promptly, as service quality directly affects customer satisfaction and the reputation of your store. As much as we will no longer be purchasing from your store, I hope to see improvements in the service at the Boere Wors Stand, when we walk by to go purchase lunch at more professional and customer focused stores.
