I was desperately looking for a place to stay in February. Responded to an ad by Joyce Mouton. She sent me forms and a list of requirements. She also requested that I pay an application fee, which I did as I assumed that it would expedite the process. However, I never heard from her. I then messaged her asking for feedback which she promised to send but never did. I complained about her service and treatment, she promised to refund me but went quiet after I sent the required documentation. Please stay away from her and the agency she represents, she is a ****mer and takes advantage of destitute and desperate people. I
I opened an account at the beginning of November. They requested for proof of address which I submitted. They rejected the document because addresses differ but the agent captured my address wrong. I called on the 13th to correct my address. Spoke to Minenhle and she promised that I would be sorted within 48 hours. Nothing done and no contact made. I called again on Friday and spoke to Megan who promised that I would be sorted and will receive a call in no time. No call or email received. I called again today and spoke to Sphamandla who confirmed further requirements. My account has been frozen for a while but it looks like no one is bothered
I complained about FNB on Monday regarding a R5000 refund. I received a call from Mireille and she confirmed that I will receive the funds in 3 working days. I haven’t received the funds or a call advising of the delay. I really can’t continue like this anymore. Someone help me please
I have been calling FNB for a R5000 refund since 25/01 with no success. I spoke to Mereile who gave me incorrect feedback. I called again and spoke to Brandon who promised to investigate and get back to me within 24 hours, this was on Wednesday, no feedback till now. I called a few minutes ago and spoke to Refilwe, she sounded irritated and not willing to assist. She put me on hold for a while, I disconnected after a while. She never called back- private client service. I have received nothing but pathetic service from FNB. I pay so much fees for no service.
I took a loan and paid up the outstanding amount by 23 November however, FNB deducted the monthly payment on the 24th. I understand that it may have been late to stop the deduction. However, I called them to confirm that I paid up the loan and the amount deducted should be refunded to me. The guy I spoke to said I would get the refund within 5 days. I didn't receive the funds. I now check my statement and noticed that not only did they not refund my money, they charged interest on 8 December. I really don't understand what's happening.
I transferred funds to my credit card, however, FNB claims that the funds were transferred to some account handed over to collections but was closed years back. I always do this transfers and don't understand why this account randomly came up on Saturday. i called the call center yesterday, the lady who assisted me was rude and not listening to me. I called my banker this morning - can never get hold of he/she but im charged for the service monthly, what's the use if i have never even heard from my banker. I made 3 calls this morning, 1st call was disconnected, 2nd call - the lady placed me on hold for over 20 minutes while investigating, she never once came back to say that she's still investigating or if i would like her to call back, i ended up hanging up. I called again i'm still on hold, for collections an hour later. I trusted FNB , i was wrong . I'm even considering moving my account.
I returned an item to Centurion Mall Woolworths. They requested for my card as that was my method of payment. Refund was processed for payment in 24-48 hours. This was one. 15/01, I have not received the funds.
I returned an item to Woolworths. They requested for the card I used for the purchase for the refund. All was apparently done on the 15th, however, I have not received the funds. The lady said I will receive the funds within 48 hours.
