I have enjoyed rain for the past 2 years, but this year was the worst, customer service is the worst, accounts department also the worst, its the first company I know that defaults from their own arrangement, they cut off internet whenever it pleases them, you arrange to pay on a date, they will cut off your internet before then. I requested them to stop their service tonme and give me baking details to make payment or alternative ways to make payment because when it comes to debits, they dont honor arrangements. I struggled, to date i still get SMS telling me that I must pay to avoid limited internet even when i have requested them to stop their internet service me and i have not used their services in over a month. Good Customer service ends when you join them, what follows next us a nightmare. Happy with my new service provider
I really don't know where Phonefinder got my numbers from but their robotic calls have gotten out of hand, no matter how many times I block their numbers they keep on calling with a new number. Everyday I receive no less than 3 calls from them, even in the evenings with no option to opt out. I have had to write an email to Popiacomplaints this evening. This is now harassment
