My experience with Harnacks Insurance Brokers CC was nothing short of a nightmare. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and when I did manage to get a response, the answers were vague, plain, and completely unhelpful. It felt like the broker had no interest in resolving my concerns or providing any meaningful assistance. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I had to chase after updates at every step. To make matters worse, the broker failed to handle tasks that were clearly their responsibility. I ended up having to contact the relevant parties myself to sort out the issues, effectively doing the work I paid them to do. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic competence was astonishing. Simple issues that could have been resolved quickly were either ignored or handled poorly. It’s clear that client satisfaction is not a priority for this company. If that wasn’t bad enough, the broker’s communication style made the situation even more frustrating.
