My experience with Harnacks Insurance Brokers CC was nothing short of a nightmare. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and when I did manage to get a response, the answers were vague, plain, and completely unhelpful. It felt like the broker had no interest in resolving my concerns or providing any meaningful assistance. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I had to chase after updates at every step. To make matters worse, the broker failed to handle tasks that were clearly their responsibility. I ended up having to contact the relevant parties myself to sort out the issues, effectively doing the work I paid them to do. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic competence was astonishing. Simple issues that could have been resolved quickly were either ignored or handled poorly. It’s clear that client satisfaction is not a priority for this company. If that wasn’t bad enough, the broker’s communication style made the situation even more frustrating. Responses were plain, dismissive, and often left me with more questions than answers. It felt like I was being stonewalled rather than helped. If you’re looking for a reliable, communicative broker, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Harnacks Insurance Brokers CC needs a complete overhaul in customer service, communication, and operational efficiency.

You won't believe what I am about to tell you now. My au pair was standing still at a robot and a client of Harnacks Insurance, a company that does the insurance of MUA Insurance, drove into her from behind. This happened on 1 March 2022 yes you have got it right, 1 March 2022. Up until today which is more than 4 months ago we have not even heard back from them, they just don't respond. Brenda at MUA gets emails consistently about this 3rd party claim of Mrs. Muller-Levins but to no avail. This has been going on for 4 months now. I started out with Stuart Collins of Harnacks and I could not get anything out of him, then I asked for someone else to handle my query and landed up with Bevan Collins he also could not help me, but at least he sended me all his attempts that he tried to get a email back from MUA. NOTHING. So I am not sure if they still exist, because maybe we are dealing with a company that does not exist at all. 4 months that you are dealing with a claim and you cant even show 1 email as a reply from them. Now here I want to give Harnacks also a one star because why don't YOU sort this out, why do you let the client wait 4 months for an answer? If you see you don't get an answer why must the client keep track of what's happening and constantly remind you? I really hope that only ONE of these email addresses will respond. That would be awesome.

terrible service when you have problems with a claim , they just throw you under the bus! no support and they quick to cancel your insurance! we pay premiums they get commission but they do nothing for the client! be careful people

I have been trying to settle a motorcycle which was stolen in April. Between VAF and Harnacks Insurance, I have been waiting, following up and still paying for the bike and the insurance premiums. Bank claims they sent the settlement to the insurance in June, insurance claim it was for the wrong account. Neither entity is willing to follow up with each other and sort it out. It's a disgrace! Am I expected to just keep paying while they both stubbornly refuse to take action? The parties involved at VAF are Daphne Mothapo and Jacob Sibande. Bikesure (Harnacks) are Mark Faktor and Bevan Collins.
