I have been trying to settle a motorcycle which was stolen in April. Between VAF and Harnacks Insurance, I have been waiting, following up and still paying for the bike and the insurance premiums. Bank claims they sent the settlement to the insurance in June, insurance claim it was for the wrong account. Neither entity is willing to follow up with each other and sort it out. It's a disgrace! Am I expected to just keep paying while they both stubbornly refuse to take action? The parties involved at VAF are Daphne Mothapo and Jacob Sibande. Bikesure (Harnacks) are Mark Faktor and Bevan Collins.

We had the worst cinema experience I have ever in my life had.

NuMetro Hyde Park is under the most inept management.

When people were seated in the cinema, they took the wrong chairs, the ushers then told the actual ticket holders to find seats elsewhere. Then THOSE ticket holders arrived and wanted their seats. This led to at least 20 minutes of loud arguing and disruption during the movie. With ushers running backwards and forwards down the rows trying to sort seating out.

As it turned out, the loud disgruntled customers had to be seated in seats C5-8, right next to me and my friend. They continued to talk through the entire movie and play on their cell phones. Even though we asked them to stop, they just plain ignored us and made a concerted effort to make more noise and commentary.

After the movie had finished we went to speak to the manager. His general demeanour was very disengaged with us. We asked him how he could allow this sort of thing to happen in the first place when there is allocated seating. He...wait for it....stuck his hands down the front of his pants! I asked him why he was touching his junk while talking to the customer. His response 'I'm fixing myself!', he then pulled his shirt out, and momentarily exposed his Soviet underwear!

Let me just explain that my best friend and I have been waiting for this movie for a long time. We read the books together, at the same time, we saw the first movie with our husbands, who totally didn't get it, and we made a pact to watch the remaining movies together. I, therefore, booked this as a real girl's night out and was so looking forward to the experience. I was driving home trying to decide whether I enjoyed the movie, and honestly, I was so distracted by all the events during the film, that I simply could not absorb enough to make a judgement call on that! Then to be met with the absolutely disgusting attitude of the manager, was just the cherry on top.

While we were walking out, we passed a couple who were also upset about the continual disturbances during the movie, who were also very disappointed with their experience.

I demand a full refund of the tickets to the credit card we paid with so that I can book elsewhere to watch it again.

I went shopping with my niece yesterday for her Christmas present. She chose a pair of shorts. When we got to the counter, a lady named Kedibone assisted is. Before she rang up our purchase she stopped to advise us that there was a two for one special that we weren't aware of and allowed my niece to pick out a second pair of shorts. She served another customer while we waited and did the same thing with her! The store was busy and Kedibone could easily have just rung up the purchases to get through the queue and we would have been none the wiser but she chooses to give her customers this great service with a smile. Well done Mr Price on such a commendable staff member, and thank you for the great special too!

I bought a second hand U&ME HiLo High Chair and received it without a buckle to harness the baby. Contacted the head office in Pinetown and they are sending me a free buckle even though I didn't buy the product new. I am thrilled! I own a nursery school and will recommend the product to all my parents based on the after care service I have received.
