I am very disappointed with the registration process at DUT. My son is doing final year in Tourism management, he tried to register the only subject that is missing so that he can finish his diploma but the system doesn't allow him to register. He is been going up and down the the campus and they keep on saying they will inform him once the system in sorted. Now I understand why there is so much of students committing suicide in DUT. I trusted the institution but it is now a shame
The Citiq Prepaid is not giving us the option to call them as we want to update our electricity meters, the number we normally use to call them is not going through at this crucial moment and we do not get the 3 set of numbers when buying. Email was sent to them yesterday evening and its already after 13h00 no communication was received from their side. I have included their two reference numbers for the tickets logged with them.
