Be cautious of LDM Local Debt Mediators services. They claimed to be in partnership with my current debt review company, but provided false information. They debited money from my account without authorization and are now refusing to refund it. Despite speaking with consultants and their head office, I've been given non-working contact details and still haven't received my money. I'm sharing my experience to warn others who may receive calls from this company. With calls made I have been told the debit order is now inactive and erased from the system and somehow I still cannot be refunded.Be careful!
