****mer, Abusive, Dishonest and Arrogant
I paid Smanga the owner of Siza Logistics a deposit of 7k on 29/01/25. The total amount agreed upon was 13k. He was supposed to take my goods from Province A to Province B on the 30th Jan'25. He took the stuff from the storage on the 29th Jan, immediately after receiving the deposit. Smanga chowed the money for his own needs and took my stuff to his place and 90% of the goods are damaged. I had to hire a PI to investigate where he stays. That's how I managed to get my goods in August'25. On 20 August'25, he still hasn't paid the 7k. When I told him about the expenses He has put me through, he said:"Even if the 7k was with him for 109 years, he does not have it".

Mdalisu Consultant (Mthoko) - lies & money debited without a signed agreement
Hi spoke with Mthoko from Mdalisu in August 2024. I had requested him to send me a document to peruse before we could go further with our telephonic conversation. He said Mdalisu does not have any documentation of that nature. I questioned this. The only thing that he was pushing was to get my bank details & for me to approve the debit order. As we were about to drop the call, he said, I should note that this process will take atleast 4 months. I said, then I will not be continuing with this at the moment. I thought it was something that's going to be quick. Also, I am not comfortable about how we started our engagement, as he had indicated that there was no documentation for me to peruse and as we are about to end the call he said he was going to send me a document to peruse and sign (even though he said earlier they don't have it). He sent the document, and requested that I should sign it within 7 days. I refused as I had already indicated to him that I am no longer interested due to his approach. To my surprise on the 22 November 2024, an amount of R1250 has been debited from my bank account by Mdalisu. I want my money!!!
