Uber is one of the biggest ****mers and *******. What I write about has happened to me more than once and believe me nothing is ever done about it. Firstly price hikes when a trip finishes, I find this absolutely ridiculous, they literally double the price at the end of the trip which is what yuu as a customer did not accept upon requesting for a trip. Do not get me started on contacting support to resolve these matters because they will tell yuu nonsense and take yuur money just like that. Then there's the issue of cancelling a trip that yuu paid for and once it requests a cancellation fee forget about getting the rest of yuur money back because yuu will not get any of it back! When yuu report a safety issue all that happens is that they will send yuu a message about someone going to contact yuu and guess what, it never happens!! I really hate the way they conduct business and how they do not take their customers seriously, it's honestly appalling. The impatience I'm starting to have for these issues is getting worse upon every trip. They literally cheat and **** customers out of their money because they can't even explain why they constantly taking peoples money and ripping them off. The drivers are getting worse by the day. By the looks of things there is no training or service etiquette being practiced there. Are there even background checks conducted? Uber is honestly delivering trash upon trash upon trash upon ****ing trash!!!!
The manicure and Pedicure treatmenats are absolutely horrible. I have been there twice and these treatments just keeps getting worse. The staff is friendly but unfortunately they do not know what they are doing when it comes to these treatments, imagine spending all that money just to get such horrible results. The massages and facials are average on good days. I do not plan on returning to their spa it is absolutely absurdly disappointing!!
