Misleading betting company
These betting company doesn't even deserve ratings a 0/10 I have 20k in my account, I was told that I cannot withdraw because I have accumulated the money through free bets/sign up promotion funds and I cannot withdraw since it's a security manner They told me to deposit 350 to be a VIP1 then I can withdraw, I did deposit that and I was told I can't withdraw again as I need to upgrade to VIP2 and I'm required to deposit 450 to reach it and I did When I try to deposit they tell me that my account details are wrong and I need to upgrade to VIP3 I DON'T WANT ANYTHING MORE NOW I NEED MY THE MONEY I DEPOSITED BACK! THIS IS A **** BETTING COMPANY!

Useless betway agents
Totally unhelpful when in time of need On the 1st on November I diposited funds into my betway account, it was at night and I slept, the following day my money didn't appear on my balance and when I check my withdrawals there's a withdrawal pending and couldn't stop it so I went to Facebook to report the issue, the person who got my message decided to lock my account without even stopping the withdrawal, I was informed to update my fica documents as my account was comprimised and they finally unlocked it, I asked about the money I diposited and I was informed that this will be escalated and the money will be paid after 24hours After 36 hours I did a follow up regarding the matter and then I was told that betway will not be responsible for any of this and I won't be refunded🤦🏽♂️
