I subscribed to TPN unlimited monthly reports @ a monthly fee. All of a sudden I cannot access my unlimited reports and is expected to pay for the reports I request. When enquiring, Shannon Nel gave me the excuse that my service got interrupted because I reached a credit limit of R 1 500,00. How on earth, I have a monthly subscribrition which is paid in advance to receive access to inlimited reports for the full month, now my services get interrupted halfway due to the incompetance of TPN. Since the dtaffs incompetence to resolve the matter I have no other option but tk cancel my suscription with them and warn the public out there. Please also do not even try to phone then as you will be transfered to a non existant operator as the phones never git answered. I tried to reach Shannan since 10h00 yesterday all day long with no anwer. I eventually got though to Lesley, Shanons teamleader, who promised to look into matter and get the "Director" , to get back to me, but clearly she just wanted to get red of me. I hope TPN in future will have a look at the competency of their staff as it is going to cost them to loose a lot of clients. If you want to safe yoursekf from a trip to HELL, do not engage with TPN in any way.
