Vumatel’s disappointing customer service
Review of Vumatel Fibre (WiFi) I am extremely disappointed with Vumatel fibre services. For the past 3 days, my WiFi has been completely down, and despite numerous messages to their WhatsApp support, nothing has improved. This time around I’m not even getting to speak to an agent. This lack of effective support and communication is unacceptable. I expected better from a service provider, and right now, I'm left frustrated and without reliable internet access. And almost everything relies on WiFi. I cannot recommend Vumatel until they drastically improve their customer service and technical support.

Shocking Delivery & No Communication from Game
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Game. I purchased a Samsung TV and soundbar online on 21 November, and they were delivered on 23 November during heavy rain. To my shock, the delivery vehicle was an open-back bakkie, leaving my electronics completely exposed to the rain. When the items arrived, they were soaking wet. I immediately emailed Game with photo evidence showing the condition of the TV and soundbar on arrival. My biggest concern is the long-term damage that moisture can cause to electronics. It has now been two weeks, and despite calling repeatedly and emailing, I still haven’t received any update. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I trusted Game with a major purchase, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. I am very disappointed by the poor handling of the delivery, and even more by the zero communication from the team. I just want my issue resolved.

Very bad Vumatel Fibre customer service and technical support
I am extremely disappointed with Vumatel fibre services. For the past two weeks, my WiFi has been completely down, and despite numerous calls and messages to their WhatsApp support, nothing has improved. I've spoken to over seven different agents, yet I keep hearing the same story about a 'pending ticket' that never resolves the issue. This lack of effective support and communication is unacceptable. I expected better from a service provider, and right now, I'm left frustrated and without reliable internet access. I cannot recommend Vumatel until they drastically improve their customer service and technical support.
