False advertising, sneaky tactics and **** return policies!

I don't even think 1 star is even deserved! False advertising, sneaky tactics and **** return policies! When I put my credit card details in, the payment went through and a window popped up advertising another similar product to the one I just bought... Little did I know that they added this other item onto my purchase (which I hadn't selected) but which I had to (apparently) UNtick to NOT buy, which caught me off gaurd and suckered me into buying the product when I tried to close that window. I complained immediately and was told "apologetically" they could not reverse the order but as soon as I received it they would arrange collection and a refund. Of course when it arrived, I was subsequently told that they don't return swimwear items. What a ****! and definitely not in Cape Town...Shein white labeled...if that!. Don't fall for them!
