Extremely disappointed and frustrated! This company makes promises they have no intention of keeping. They take your money and then completely ghost you. I’ve been dealing with them since the beginning of September and was assured my credit profile would be updated within 21 days. It’s now been over six weeks — still no update, no communication, and no accountability. They ignore every email and message I’ve sent. I initially dealt with someone named Adolphy, and when another person took over, things somehow got even worse. Both have shown nothing but incompetence. They had no problem debiting my account, yet failed to deliver the updated credit record I paid for. At this point, it feels like nothing but a ****. Stay far away from these people.
**********! My car broke while it is still under warranty. The wheels locked while the was moving. They are claiming that the technician who installed my tracking device two years ago cut wires and that's why power steering steering failed. The car was serviced twice with no electrical or steering faults reported. I have sent emails after email with no response. Their principal dealer and workshop manager simply Ignore all my communications. Even logged a case against them to MIOSA, still radio silence. I had to contact another Hyundai branch to assist and get some guy call me back. Meanwhile, I have had to pay for ubers and other forms of public transport to just move around. The amount of distress and pain I have had to endure at their hands is insurmountable.
