I opened a new line with Axxess on the 13th of July and made full payment for my line and it was activated. To my surprise they deducted money from my account again on the 1st of July, when I complained the consultation said they will send my request to the technical team. It's been two weeks now I haven't received any feedback about the issue ad I'm afraid money will go off my account again and no one will be able to assist!!!!!
Once again the stipend I receive on a monthly basis from Skills Development Professionals was taken out of my account using EFT and the time is not corresponding. On my app it says money was withdrawn around 09:22 whereas the time is now 09:00 and I contacted them around 08:50 when I saw the transaction and they are being so unprofessional about this whole issue meaning that they are the ones doing this *****ulent activity
I withdrawn the amount of R400 that I usually get for doing my assignments and as soon as I went to Shoprite the voucher declined. I contacted LMA and they said I must just wait for my voucher to bounce back into my account. But guess what it's been day 4 and they called me and said there is no solution to my problem they can't help me in terms of the voucher. Whereas they were the one's experiencing technical problems
Waited for my refund for 8 days sent them an email to follow up now they want me to wait for an extra 10 working days, I will never order from builders again they have a ****py service
I’m still waiting for my REFUND!! They said it will reflect in my account in 2-5 working days and I’m still waiting!!! When you send emails you get zero responses from customer care. Placed two orders from different builders and none has refunded me!!!!
