They have now blocked me from their social media
I used Efi Removals to move my furniture from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. When my furniture was delivered, I immediately noticed that my fridge had been damaged. In addition to this, several kitchen items were missing, including utensils and crockery. I reported the matter to the company as soon as I became aware of the issues. Since then, communication has been extremely poor. My emails and WhatsApps have largely gone unanswered, and no one has taken responsibility for the damage or the missing items. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I regret not doing more thorough research before entrusting them with my belongings. After my experience, I can honestly say that the negative reviews are consistent with what I have encountered — particularly when it comes to poor communication and customer service. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider this before making use of their services.
