Budget insurance ************* insurance
Hi I’m an unhappy customer of budget insurance, we bought a car last year and we covered it with budget, it’s under my husband so he made some few mistakes like taking a high excess fee, he did not take a courtesy car, so when I called the insurance that is when I found out about those things and I made sure that I fixed everything like reducing the excess fee and taking a courtesy car. Now I had an accident 3 weeks back and they approved the car to be fixed but now they say I didn’t take the courtesy car and they will investigate by retrieving the voice call and I should wait for 7 days then until today they are just keeping quiet and I have no car to use yet I have 3 kids that I need transport to school but I’m failing to because my insurance has failed me and I truly disappointed and hurt as a customer that is paying for a comprehensive cover which I’m now not enjoying. 💔💔💔

Star Nissan Vanderbijlpark Jaecoo j7 struggles
I truly had a bad experience with the star Nissan dealership company. I bought a brand new Jaecoo j7, and it’s now only 6 months old but I’m already experiencing difficulties with it, it had a knock on the engine then I took it to the workshop then more problems started. They said I must pay for the part because I damaged the car by running over a porthole, which I didn’t. Ok they tried fixing the car but it only took two weeks then it started with the same problem again. So we took it back then they said they will order the part and it will take 4 days for it to be delivered and it is now covered under the warranty, ok so now I ask for a curtesy car because I have to go to work, deliver my babies at school and mostly my brother is getting married this coming weekend and guess what they say they cannot help me with a curtesy car because they don’t any that is available 😔. I regret the day I bought that car, because I was hoping that it is brand new so meaning I will be to use it for a longer period but I was wrong about buying a JAECOO J7 at Star Nissan in Vanderbijlpark. I loved that car so much but I have too many doubts I’m even thinking of returning it back. Im truly hurt by this.
