Owners terrible customer service
Staff is excellent owner is very rude. You get wrongfully accused and treated very badly by the owner. i was accused of making an appointment but nothing was done .the owner apologises for her rudeness then suddenly messages back with another rude message.

disgusting service
my internet has been down since Wednesday the 27th november 2024 till today no one from afrihost can assist me and vumatel.i have been on the phone since the 27th no technician sent out they don't know of a time or day.im really upset.they don't know how to handle clients im givens the run around since Wednesday 27th Reference :5013661 (today reference) Reference :0040449 yesterday one Reference :Been chatting on watsapp and email via client zone
