Wise Bank money transfer pathetic

Wise is pathetic, the depositor had deposited cash in Denmark on Sunday and funds haven’t been received in South Africa even by Friday, that’s a useless service considering we living in 2024. The customer waiting on the transfer was rendered anxious & frustrated and was inconvenienced with local utilities not serviced and put her into dangerous physical environment. Wise is not a reliable company, they don’t have offices abroad, no contact centre of ready email available. Won’t be using them, period
