We have been without electricity since Sunday evening, we are still waiting for assistance. This is the 3rd day without electricity, my food is going off, clothing that needs to be ironed, getting unpaid leave as I was told to be at home when Eskom arrives...when calling again, it's told...that the matter has been resolved but nothing has been resolved. How do you do that to other people by ticking on your log book that something is resolved when you know full well you are lying....but you will enjoy the money you receive when you get paid....what an honest earning hey. Eskom you must have something in place that people can sign or acknowledge that the job has been completed. As some of these workers do not give a **** about the service quality they rendering... " As long as it's not affecting them" mentality.
Naked is by far the worst insurance ever. They broke into our place on the 20th of November 2024.....it's the 11th of December still nothing. After providing all information required.... I will get paid in 2 days....and your installment will go off on time. Your insurance is pathetic. 9 more days and it will be a month with your **** protocols.
Naked Insurance has the worst service and worst when it comes to assisting you promptly. Yet they are quick to inform you of their monthly increases and quick to debit, to pay their people on time. While their is a lack of communication, skills and protocols that are pathetic. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would pay an insurance more and be reassured that they have my back.
