Absolutely shocking service. They offer Expertise, Stress Free, Customised Solutions, Time Saving on their side. Nadia has no expertise to offer, lack of communication to emails, never returns calls (38 call made to date and 3 calls received from her) and her only thing she can say over the last “8 weeks -it’s been processed”, considering INZ website states 4 weeks. They have cost me 2 airfare changes at a substantial amount and the Stress free solution is a joke. It’s been a stressful one with constant follow up call and emails, hardly any substantial correspondence or constructive feedback, ticket changes and what should have been an exciting memorable time has become a nightmare for two elderly parents. Save yourself time, money and stress and find a company that actually is capable of what they say. Just to add insult to injury another visa company at no extra cost is stepping in to try assist me. That alone speaks a thousand words. Sadly I would give them 0 stars if I had the choice Sadly the response received from Global fails to mention the 38 call made by myself and the 3 returned by themselves (no accountability) they also fail to respond to the fact that the application was paid for on 4 October and I received a letter from the Embassy stating thank you for your application dated 6 November (they cannot answer to why it says that) over a month after I submitted and paid them, they also do not provide me with feedback namely, a detailed timeline showing the day they submitted and uploaded the documentation as at 4 October as proof ( I get a screen shot with no dated or times provided, just stating the now obviously documents uploaded, etc etc that shows no proof of uploaded and submitted times or dates), they cannot provide me the letter whereby I asked them to expedite the application not once but twice, they cannot provide proof that they paid the Embassy on the 4th October as they stated and might I add I requested not once but twice for the declaration to get submitted to get uploaded so my sister can look into it as Global was not forth coming with feedback and correspondence and both these application we finally submitted after a long battle to get them to do so then we Were only to be told by the Embassy they were not completed correctly (this was a form I had to complete and was instructed both times by Global Visa how to fill them in (wrong information provided by themselves) to date still no completed declarations and no response to a email from 28 November email.
